These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the god33 platform, including all casino, sportsbook, slot, and account management services. Please read this Agreement carefully before creating a god33 account or placing any wager.

Each individual player may hold only one registered god33 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts constitute fraudulent activity.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Collusion, use of betting software or bots, bonus abuse, chargebacks, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in prohibited activities will be suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits. god33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above stated threshold amounts.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
2.1 You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register a god33 account or place any wager on the Platform. This requirement is consistent with international gaming authority standards governing online casino and sports betting activity.
2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf; (c) you are not accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law; and (d) you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2.3 god33 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any funds associated with an unverified underage account.
2.4 Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of god33 and its affiliated game providers are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotions.
3.1 Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the god33 Platform. Duplicate accounts will be identified and closed. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited without prior notice.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. god33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared, disclosed, or failed to adequately protect your login details.
3.3 You must notify god33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
3.4 All account information provided at registration and during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, or payment details, is a material breach of this Agreement.
3.5 god33 reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Players will be notified by email prior to closure and given thirty (30) days to withdraw any remaining balance.
4.1 Deposits to your god33 account are accepted via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX-connected Malaysian banking (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), and other payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where god33 determines an alternative method is more appropriate based on transaction history or KYC verification requirements.
4.3 god33 targets withdrawal processing times of fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider processing periods, KYC review status, and volume of concurrent withdrawal requests.
4.4 god33 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification for: (a) accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification; (b) accounts where withdrawal amounts exceed threshold limits; or (c) accounts flagged for unusual activity review.
4.5 god33 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Fees imposed by individual payment providers are outside god33's control and are the player's responsibility.
4.6 Deposits made to god33 are for gambling purposes only. god33 is not a financial institution and does not provide interest, investment returns, or any financial product on deposited funds.
5.1 Promotional bonuses are offered at god33's discretion and are subject to individual offer terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods. Full terms for each promotion are displayed at the point of offer.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds or associated winnings before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those funds.
5.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low house-edge games to meet wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal play patterns, or any coordinated bonus exploitation — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
5.4 god33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a change materially affects an active bonus already credited to a player's account, god33 will use reasonable efforts to honour the original terms.
5.5 Free spins and game credits awarded as part of a promotion will expire as specified in the individual offer terms. Expired promotional credits are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
6.1 All bets placed on the god33 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and supplement this Agreement.
6.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the god33 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of an obvious error in odds or game display, god33 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the player's account.
6.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of wagering.
6.4 Void events and walkovers in sports markets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport as published on the Platform. Wagers on voided selections will have stakes returned.
6.5 In the event of technical failure during a game round or bet placement, god33's system records constitute the definitive record of the bet. Unresolved technical disputes should be submitted to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the relevant game session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the god33 Platform:
Violation of any prohibition in this Section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles god33 to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.
8.1 All content on the god33 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks, is the property of god33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gambling purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
8.3 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any god33 software or application.
9.1 god33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 god33 will not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with affiliated game providers, payment processors, and compliance authorities where required for the provision of services or by law.

10.1 The god33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, god33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
10.2 god33's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the claim.
10.3 god33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.4 god33 is not responsible for losses arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, device failures, telecommunications provider outages, or acts of government.
11.1 god33 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Platform offers deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from within your account settings.
11.2 If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform temporarily or permanently, contact [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
11.3 Gambling is entertainment intended solely for adults aged 21 and above. If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm, please utilise the responsible gaming tools available in your account or contact an external responsible gaming helpline.
11.4 god33 will not knowingly market promotional materials to players who have applied a self-exclusion or responsible gaming limit to their account.
12.1 You may close your god33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after satisfactory identity verification.
12.2 god33 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) god33 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) god33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; or (d) continued operation of your account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform.
12.3 Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds held in the account may be forfeited. Real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be released where no legal or regulatory basis exists to retain it.
13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with god33's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration.
13.2 Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, players must first raise the matter with god33 support at [email protected] and allow a period of fourteen (14) calendar days for god33 to investigate and respond.
13.3 god33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Player account records, system logs, and bet settlement data maintained by god33 shall be the primary reference point in any dispute investigation.
